IT'S REALLY GOOD HOTEL.AND GOOD THING IS THAT EWERY TIME YOU NEED WILL COME HOTEL'S BUS AND PICK YOU UP TO AIRPORT.THE ROOM WAS NICE.BUT DONT FORGET TAKE YOUR TOOTHPASTE AND SHAPMOON.

I thought the main reception, bar and the room were fantastic. Higher quality than expected. Room was very comfortable and nice temperature. The staffs, especially reception staff were not well spoken. The tone and phrases used were not professional. I thought the parking arrangements could do with some further thought, needed to hand over access keys to get in and out -ridiculous. During our travel we lost an item and when I called the hotel I was asked to send an email so that it could be forwarded to all the managers - isn't this silly- surely reception handles all these types of queries and should know whether or not the item was found?

I found that the staff in your hotel were extremely efficient, and friendly. The shuttle bus to the airport was a great service and very prompt, with very flexible times. The only minute complaint i would have is that bar food could be served until maybe 11pm, I arrived at 10pm and got soup that really wasn't that great. But i found the quality and service overall to be excellent
