my main gripe with staying here was the heating, it was very very hot in the rooms and the heating didnt turn off by using the adjustment on the heater, in the end we got the heating to stop by taking the room card out of the power slot...we figured that out on the second night after a sleepless night the night before.

I have stayed previously at the hotel in Santry and I have to say that the beds are the most comfortable I have slept in anywhere. In particular, I have to pay a special comment to the efficiency of Juliana ( waitress from Portugal - hope I got her name right and also to the Polish man who served breakfast. We were a little surprised that there was a chrge for the airport shuttle as this was not obivious on the site when booking. It was good value for money but the room was a bit noisy from road traffic:

I SPENT 25 YEARS IN AMERICA AND HAVE AND ALWAYS WILL USE THE DAYS INN HOTELS WHEREVEVER I GO. I HAVE ALWAYS FOUND THE HOTELS TO BE THE CLEANEST I HAVE EVER BEEN IN , THE STAFF ARE THE FRIENDLIEST AND THE PRICE IS AMAZING. ANYONE WHO IS FLYING IN OR OUT OF DUBLIN AIRPORT THIS IS THE HOTEL THE HOTEL TO STAY IN. THE HOTEL IN MY OPINION IS A 5 STAR HOTEL.THER GUYS DRIVING THE SHUTTLE BUS ARE THE FRIENDLIEST GUYS IN DUBLIN AND THESE AT RECEPTION HAVE A WARM FRIENDLY SMILE FOR EVERYONE.

Stayed on night of 22nd April having arrived on a late night flight into Dublin. Arrived at hotel at 02.00a.m. and asked for a quite room and also a non-smoking room. Was given a room on 2nd floor facing onto the main road with all its traffic and the bathroom was reeking of smoke. Outward journey on 6th April but the return on 22nd April - we were not impressed.

Than you for taking the time to send your feedback, i am sorry to hear that that you found your room to be noisey and smelling of smoke, i assure you that our rooms on the second floor are all non smoking and we do everything in our power to ensure that guests using this floor do not smoke, i apologise that the room was quite noisey and would be happy to allocate you a room on the other side of the hotel should you wish to return in the future, i f i can be of any further assistance on the matter do not hesitate to contact me.
