Reception staff were very helpeful when airport shuttle did not turn up - quickly arranged a taxi at hotel's expense.
Thank you for providing a (Gideon) Bible in the room - much appreciated.
A very efficient service at a great price.
Would use it again, and would recommend it.

We were attended to by an exceptionally courteous and well mannered gentleman in the bar on Tuesday night. His customer skils were superb and he made us feel most welcome, well done.

Didn't use the bar or restaurant so cannot comment but staff were so friendly and helpful in every way they could be. Also parked my car there while on holidays, such a great rate for a week. Would definately park and stay in this hotel again

Our recent stay at Days Hotel was most enjoyable.An initial hiccup over our room was handled very professionally and we really couldn't have asked for more.We have now stayed at this hotel a few times and will definitely return and have recommended you to family and friends - for both your excellent value,location and professionalism

Very helpful and friendly staff, good quality within the hotel itself. There was a cigarette burn in the bathtub in a no-smoking room, however this was a minor issue which was not raised with reception during the stay.
