Room I staid in had problems with the shower - temperature regulator didn't work. also, i found that the water did not get eliminated from the shower quickly. A plumber badly needed.

The only slighty negative comment I have is the food in the bar wasnt great,however the staff were excellent.

1)On arrival, the TV was not working. I asked Reception for help, and they gave me some USED batteries for the remote control and suggested I replace the existing ones in the remote. Fortunately it simply was a case of the remote batteries were flat, and the replacement second hand ones worked - for how long I don't know - probably until the next guest arrives. 2)When we arrived, the kettle was in bad shape - the lid was broken exposing a wire. We asked for a replacement, which was promptly brought. The staff person left. However, we then discovered that it wasn't working at all. We asked for a third replacement - one was eventually found. This probably took 45 min. to sort out. 3) In the bathroom, the small rubbish bin, too, was broken. The foot pedal didn't work, and the lid was completely off its hinges. It just didn't look good. I did fill out a form in the room reporting the problems for the Maintenance staff, reporting all the above and left it in the room. I refrained from sending the other questionaire to yourselves, but now I have done so with this questionaire. My husband and I use that particular hotel about twice or three times per year, and hope to continue to do so in the future.

only down side to our stay was that the hot water for the tea wasn't "hot", but everything else was excellent

the house keeping was brill.the room i stayed in was lovely it had a seperate kitchen,hope to stay again.but.the kitchen should have a tv cable port so people can bring the tv into it for a kind if homely feeling.i stayed 2 nights.the bar did,nt open till 5,the telly only had sky news on it in the bar and no body could change it till the bar staff came in.the bar should have an achoul vending machine i stayed in a hotel in england and they had 1.was making a fortune for the hotel before the bar opened cause they under cut the oflicence on unit price on cans and the reciption staff filled the machine so they did'nt pay a bar man and then every one stayed and drank from the bar and ate from the restarant whan they did open.also in my room the kitchen window did not close and the radiator in the kitchen did not work i informed staff when i checked out no point doing it untill i checked out not really anything that could be done on a week end.oter than that the romm was great,the two ladies a reception were great and the lad in the bar was a laugh a dublin chap and even the night secuirty gaurd aforigen chap was a good laugh,dont get that in a lot of hotels and the rates were ok,if they stayed like that or got lower on your second night stay im sure you'l be busyer hope to see you's again

Stayed briefly at the hotel on the 25-002-10. The hotel receptionist was efficient. We availed of the park and fly and found it to convenient. A hassle free stay that got us to our early morning flight on time
